The Heart to Handle Team, a group of young students who initiated a campaign to collect donations for cardiovascular research, started their bicycle tour to Rome this weekend. They left Groningen on Saturday and are expected to arrive in Rome on July 26.

The Groningen team joined the departure celebration and some of them even on the bike for a few kilometers. Isabelle van Gelder gave an enthusiastic speech and thanked them for their fantastic commitment to support the research on atrial fibrillation financed by the Netherlands Heart Foundation.
